At JRC, we understand sustainability as part of our way of doing business. We aim to generate responsible value in every operation by integrating environmental, social, and economic management to contribute to the sustainable development of the sector and the communities where we operate. Our actions are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ESG Strategy

Our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy guides our decisions and promotes responsible and transparent management. Through the Sustainability Committee, different areas of the company collaborate to strengthen three key pillars:

• Environment: waste management, circular economy, and carbon footprint measurement.
• Social: occupational health and safety, human rights, people development, and local employment.
• Governance: economic performance, ethics, and compliance.

Environmental Management System

We have an environmental management system focused on continuous improvement and impact prevention. It includes the identification of environmental aspects and impacts, spill control and containment, emergency response plans, responsible waste management, and eco-efficiency programs.
