As a company specialized in providing services to the mining industry and working alongside leading companies in the sector, we responsibly uphold compliance with the laws, regulations, and standards that govern our activities.

JRC has implemented a Prevention and Compliance Model to address bribery and corruption risks. This model is part of our Integrated Anti-Bribery Management System and is aligned with current legal frameworks. It includes the development and management of the following components:

 

  1. Complaint management: JRC maintains an Ethics Line through which employees, contractors, workers, and any interested parties can report ethical concerns or potential misconduct identified within the organization’s processes.
  2. Personal Data Management: JRC is committed to the proper handling of personal data under its responsibility, in line with our corporate value of Integrity and applicable legal frameworks. We implement all necessary measures to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of such information.
