CEO

Manuel is a cofounder of the JRC company in the year 2000, having been President of the Board of Directors since that date. He currently serves as CEO.

He is a Mining Engineer and has postgraduate studies in the Program for Senior Executives from the Universidad de Piura, with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held executive positions in national and international mining companies.

Director

Wilder is a founding member of JRC, has been General Manager from 2017 to 2023 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development.

He is a Geographical Engineer, with a second specialization in Civil Engineering, with a Master in Business Administration from the PAD – Universidad de Piura, with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry.

Carlos has been a member of the JRC Board of Directors since 2019. Since 2016 he has been President of the Mining Environment and Development Research Center (CIMADE) and a professor at PUCP. He has been Vice-president of the Board of BISA, Vice- President at Newmont Mining Corporation and held various management positions throughout his career in the mining sector.

He is a Mining Engineer from PUCP, a PhD in Mining Engineering from Penn State University and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from the Universidad de Piura and Harvard University. He has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry at a national and international level.

César has been a member of the JRC board of directors since 2017. He is a partner of the Rebaza, Alcázar y De Las Casas law firm, an associate professor at PUCP since 1979 and a director and consultant in various companies. He has been a lawyer for 45 years. He is a specialist in corporate affairs, international transactions, business reorganizations and tax planning.

He has been Minister of State of Foreign Trade and Tourism, as well as Production and, in these functions, director of the Andean Development Corporation and COPRI (agency in charge of the privatization of public companies and the sale of assets of the State).

Antonio is a Public Accountant, MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, has a Postgraduate in Advanced Finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years of experience in multinational companies listed on the Stock Markets in the areas of Corporate Finance, in the mining, construction and energy sectors. Likewise, he is a speaker in Finance and Accounting courses, locally and internationally.

He has joined the JRC team since 2021 and has been serving as Vice President of Administration and Finance for our local and foreign operations.

Sergio is an Industrial and Systems Engineer and holds two international master’s degrees: an MBA from the Catholic University of Murcia in Spain and a Master’s Degree in Environmental and Safety Management (MMAS) from the European Business School in Madrid, Spain.

He has over of 21 years of experience leading HSE areas as Senior Manager of Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability and Quality in world-class multinational companies. He has held this responsibility in various countries

Mauricio is a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Road and Transportation Engineering from the National University of Colombia and has postgraduate studies in Management Skills Development from the University of Piura and Computer Science at the University of Bonn – Germany.

He has an extensive career of more than 15 years in Business Development and Project Leadership in multilatina companies in the mining and engineering sector such as GMI, Stracon, Golder Associates; Mauricio joined JRC in 2023 as Vice President of Business Development in order to design and execute the acquisition strategies of new projects.

Andrés holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Martin de Porres and an International Postgraduate in Operations and Logistics from ESAN University and Tecnológico de Monterrey.

He has over 14 years of experience leading Supply Chain Management processes in leading companies within the mining, steel, retail, consumer goods, and telecommunications sectors. He joined JRC in 2023 as Supply Chain Manager. Since 2024, he has taken on the leadership of the Supply Chain and Equipment Division.
