In 2025, JRC celebrates 25 years of building a story of growth, commitment, and hard work in the mining industry. What began as a small team with a clear vision has grown into an organization with over 2,500 employees and operations across various regions of Peru and abroad.
Throughout this journey, we’ve learned that delivering strong technical performance is not enough—it’s also about building trust, creating value in every environment where we operate, and making safety, talent, and innovation part of our daily practice.
