JRC has been awarded the “Prevention Leader 2024” distinction by La Positiva Seguros, as part of its annual program that highlights companies with strong practices in occupational safety and risk prevention.
This year, JRC was recognized for its project “Accident-Prone Profile – ACC-SYS”, an initiative that evaluates candidate profiles from a preventive perspective, incorporating knowledge of accident-prone personality traits. This innovative tool strengthens our recruitment processes by identifying potential risk factors before hiring and providing key information to support informed decision-making.
