At JRC, we continue to take firm steps to make sustainability an integral part of how we operate. As of 2025, we have established a Sustainability Committee—a strategic space that will allow us to consolidate, enhance, and develop the initiatives we’ve been driving across different areas of the organization.
The goal of this committee is to embed sustainability as a cross-cutting management approach, rather than treating it as a standalone objective. Led by Claudia Nogueira, Sustainability and Environment Coordinator, this new body aims to align efforts with real impact and a long-term vision, in line with current industry challenges and our commitment to responsible mining.
With this initiative, we reaffirm our purpose of building mining with purpose—one that creates value for people, the environment, and the business.
