That’s why we officially launched Academia JRC, an internal training program designed to provide our collaborators with the tools, knowledge, and experiences they need to continue growing and face the challenges of the mining sector with confidence and preparation.
During the kick-off event, we presented the vision behind this program as a strategic investment in talent. Academia JRC is more than training—it’s a platform to develop both technical and human leadership, building the present and future of mining.
