At our project in Fresnillo, Mexico, we successfully reduced over-excavation from 25% to 7%, significantly outperforming the industry benchmark of 10%. This result reflects a highly precise execution carried out under demanding conditions, with a strong focus on quality control, operational efficiency, and client commitment.
During execution, we achieved an outstanding performance rate of over 90 meters per month in a single negative ramp with a single heading, enabling the development of new mining areas for our client. In addition, we were pioneers in carrying out high-complexity negative excavations, operating in temperatures above 35°C while maintaining quality standards and a positive work environment.
